How it works is simple, choose one of the gift certificate amounts, and add it to your shopping basket. Go through checkout and when you are all done, you will receive a certificate number at the bottom of your confirmation page. We will also send you the gift certificate in the mail. The recipient can use it on our site whenever they'd like. The amount you choose can be added to, or if they spend less, the balance is available for later use. Don't worry, if you lose the number we will have it on record.

Gift Certificates can be redeemed online and at our Retail stores. BrownLampshades.com gift certificates have a 1 year expiration date. Certain restrictions may apply.

Gift certificates will be shipped via postal mail in 7 - 10 days. We can Express delivery Gift Certificates at normal shipping rates ($34 for overnight, $17.50 for two-day). We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. To report a lost or stolen Gift Certificate, call 1-317-908-1396. The original sales receipt or gift receipt is required to replace the remaining balance of a lost or stolen Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
