Two weeks ago I ran across your website as I was hunting down some lampshades for 2 lamps I secured on e-Bay....what a find!!!
I sent you guys a message asking a question on sizing, expecting one of those canned responses via email. Instead, the next day, my phone rang. I explained what I thought I wanted, you listened, gave me a couple of suggestions and then made a recommendation. The lamp shades arrived 4 days later and they are BEAUTIFUL....high quality, great weight and perfect size! I had indicated I wanted a silver color spider and you suggested I get some paint. I now have painted them with a silver paint pen and they are perfect.
Its is so refreshing to find a company that really does provide great customer service....I know the idea of "buy local"....however, I do feel as if I am buying local given the customer service and quality product I purchased....you're right, nothing like what's in the big box store.

I recently received a replacement lampshade and wanted to let you know how pleased I am. It was an exact match for the one that was damaged in moving. I had searched locally for months and been unable to find a match. I appreciate your great service and quality ... not to mention price.
I was particularly pleased with your environmental message. It stated simply your green shipping practices while at the same time saying that you were not perfect. I work for the Federal Government as the Regional Environmental Coordinator here in the Southeast and do a lot of sustainability (GREEN) presentations and training and found that many companies do a lot of "green washing". While many companies are doing a lot of good things, none of them are perfect.....Your practices are good for the environment and also make good business sense.

I received my three lamp shades and I am so very pleased!!! I was a little hesitant to order the shades sight unseen, but your reassurances and offer to even pay for shipping them back if they were not what I wanted, certainly eased that discomfort. I am so glad that I did place my order with your company.
The shades with the draped effect at the top are especially beautiful - and the pretty finials really polished off the new look of my lamps.

I received the lampshade I ordered yesterday and to my delight, it is truly wonderful! Whenever I purchase items on-line, especially without a recommendation, it's a leap of faith. I think everyone has had experiences of disappointment from time to time. Whether it's that the pictured item doesn't truly represent the product, or the price doesn't reflect the expected quality. How refreshing to find the complete opposite from your company. I'm not sure your website is able to capture the fine craftsmanship and superior quality of materials, but once the box is received and opened... Oh, just fabulous. I am so pleased to have found your company on the Internet. Not only do I have plans to purchase additional lampshades, I will recommend your web site to anyone looking for quality lampshades AND at reasonable prices.

Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the two lamp shades that I just purchased from you. They are just the style, fabric, color and size for which I have been looking for months. I have been to every store and specialty shop in my area. The closest thing I could find was going to be a little smaller, cost twice as much as yours, and take 4-6 weeks to get. The ones I purchased from you are within an inch of the size I needed, they are half the price and I received them in 2 weeks and 2 days from the day I ordered them and in perfect condition. I will definitely be a return customer!
